Our Multiple Timezones feature lets you automate where calls get diverted to, and at what times, using our advanced timezone management tool.

This feature is an attractive solution for businesses who operate internationally, or have a large number of incoming calls from abroad.

The Multiple Timezones feature is an enhanced version of Opening Hours. You can have up to 10 different zones, opening up more business possibilities in different locations. You can divert calls in the evening to an on-call support worker, but then push out-of-hours calls in the UK to Australia to make sure they get answered.

You are free to make changes to your timezones at any point day or night using the Flower Telecom control panel. Have different timezones set up for different days of the week.
