You can set up the call recording feature on any of the virtual numbers that we provide and start taking advantage of the service immediately after your number is activated.

Please note: The call recording feature is not inherently PCI compliant, and shouldn't be used to record sensitive payment data. If the need arises to take payment details on a recorded call, you should press the '0' key to temporarily mute the recording. This can then be unmuted by pressing '0' twice.
