One of our most useful features, Bank Holiday Routing allows you to set up call plans in advance of special days like Christmas and Bank Holidays. This is especially useful if your office needs to be closed or route calls somewhere entirely different on those occasions.
You won't need to remember to set up your voicemails or diverts on the Friday before the weekend. You can set your Special Days up in advance so that you only need to worry about configuring them once a year.
You can set calls to automatically route through to a different office or a mobile. You can divert all calls straight to a holiday-specific voicemail message, or you can even just shorten your opening hours to reflect shorter trading times for the Bank Holiday period.
